False advertising and *********

I was sold the DSTV explora decoder under false information and they reported on credit bureau that my account is on arrears which is not not true, this has a very negative impact on my score. They debit every month and get the funds. When I sent an email to complains they said a consultant will contact me its been 3 months complaining still nothing from them.
