False Advertising

Good day

I got called by On Air Tv End of May they offered me Dstv Explora and an extra view then installation was done but no extra view I then called them enquiring about the extra view they then told me it's not part of the package they offered me I then told them I wouldn't have taken the offer of they did not mention the extra view because before they called and gave me the offer I was able to view the same thing .I have email them and requesting the extra view and they refusing and I requested a recording for that day to prove that they did offer the Extra View and they asked me to send them my Skype name they will review the recording till today,I am not happy at all with how they dealing with this matter,they sold me something and now they don't want to leave up to their promise.Please help me resolve this matter as I believe they should be giving me the Extra View they promised under one package.
