Extremely reckless behavior from this company

I took a package with this company and their salesperson misled me which led to me cancelling the contract. They continues to debit my account & I took legal steps which led to the final cancellation & a full refund from them. However, this company has continued to update Experian Credit Bureau that I have an open contract with them which affects my credit score. I have sent many emails to them without any success. They do not even bother to reply to emails sent to them. The only thing left for me is to go the legal route again.
