Explorer regeistered not on my name

So i took on contract an Explorer over 24 months @ a rate of R160 pm. I have not used the explorer up until now.To make a long story short, i now need to use it of which i cannot, as per DSTV the explorer is registered on a different name and not mine.

I tried calling and calling but fail to get through, DSTV brushes me off by saying there is nothing they can do on their side.

If no one gets hold of me within 24hrs i am going to stop all payments immediatly
