Exploiting Elderly into Contracts

Exploiting Elder's.

This organization is full with people that take advantage of the elderly. They target the elderly, informing them that their devices (DSTV Explorer) are old and that they need a new gadget to watch TV again, then forcing them to sign a two-year contract.

Whereas the devices they are referring to is insured with them, Which means should the old device have an issue we just go-to the store to get a new one. But for sales and selfish reason an On-Air consultant takes advantage of elderly individuals and manipulates them into signing a two-year contract, without checking if they insurance or not.

Before doing anything It is logical to check if this account has Insurance just that. Am not letting you slip with this one we shall meet in court.
