Excellent service

Lungelo Buthelezi from sales department called me to offer me a decor upgrade which I cannot accept again. I was very angry towards On air to debit my account further for something else I hardly know about after my expired contract. She was so helpful to go on extra mile to assist me rather than concentrating on sales. I say thumbs up girl to that, it's people like you we need in customer service. That also goes to her Manager ,Mxolisi thanks guys for your excellent service.
