Very bad experience and no one is willing to resolve my problem all they say is i can't even cancel

05 Dec 2025, 16:45On Air Tv is not giving giving what they are promising, i was told I will receive a simcard with my delivery which will have R50 airtime but that never happened, money was deducted from my account for November and the device is not working and no one is willing to fix it for me, unfortunately I can't pay for something that am not using
