Dstv, Multichoice and Onair must sort their mess out!

Multichoice called me for upgrading my decoder 2moths back, the next thing I know I have another debit order for Onair on my account. This was not an agreement and I have tried to query through dstv outlets, but all contacts given are not available and mailbox is full on both WhatsApp and email.
