Dstv explora delivered and installed

I was contacted by ONAIR two weeks ago offering me the dstv explora plus installation for R149 pm. The agent was very friendly and efficient. I was considering an upgrade from my SD PVR, so i took the chance and signed up. After this, i googled ONAIR and saw the complaints on HP. This made me nervous. However after calling them just to follow-up, my decoder was delivered with two days. I then had a problem with getting an installer as the one I tried close to my area had no stock to do the installation. I called ONAIR and they allocated me a new installer within a day. The installer came out and did the installation at my preferred date and time. They did a great job and I starting enjoying my explora within hours. I just would like to commend ONAIR and the intstaller, U & F Business Enablers for great service and delivery. Thank you.
