Double Debit Order

I'm again so disappointed with this company, since July when I subscribed every month, my account gets debited twice, each month I have to call for a refund. This is PURELY ****, I have asked numerous times to rectify this, and they always say yes it's been rectified. I REGRET the day I got in touch with you and worse I'm not even using this decor as I was mis informed. I want to cancel this debit order for good I will pay cash monthly. I'm sick and tired of your nonsense.
