Dont trust On Air Tv

18 months ago I took out a decoder from on-air, I missed by accident one payment and they handed me over to MBD which I by paid immediately when MBD contacted me, for the last year I try to resolve the matter with On air TV and they don't know what is going on, they say I must contact MBD, but according to MBD my account with them has been resolved I must contact On air and it seems they dont want me to resolve the matter. This is giving me a bad credit record and it seems noboddy wants to assist me, surely I as a consumer has allso got rights and it is not fair I must pay for the bad service or unwillingness of onair to resolve this maatter
