Dont Buy A thing From Them - Bad credit scoring - Zero client service

For months i have been trying to return this decoder (unopened) to On Air now . I cancelled this 1 day after receiving it. I keep calling and they keep saying their courier will collect. So far no courier Dawn wing and im still sitting with their ******* and they are still trying to debit . They are now reflecting this on my credit rating negatively as i have stopped them from debiting my account Please come and fetch this decoder as it is NOT what you claim it to be and remove this listing from my credit report. I cancelled after 1 day !!! What do you people not get? You are violating the CPA
