Do not know DSTV at all although they are installers

<p>Since October 2016 until even this evening I get the message on my TV inthe form of a big blue block that completely blocks my screen and disables my viewing E48-42 FAULTY INSTALLATION ERROR. I have sent numerous emails and made many phone calls. they used intallers who are HOPELESS but I feel the responsibility lies with Onair. They did send some guys out BUT THE PROBLEMPERSISTS. On the29th of May I phoned yet again and was told by a secretary that her boss Kershap Pillay was out but that he would phone me back HE NEVER DID. I tried his number ********** but no joy </p>
