DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANKING DETAILS BECAUSE THEY MISSUSE IT

I had an account with these people (bought a decoder via them).Then i settled the account even got an email confirming that the account was indeed settled. Two months after, my account was debited my account and i reversed the debit order but now i am getting emails and messages telling me about bad credit record which i will incur should i not pay. I do not know what i am paying for since i declined their offer to purchase another decoder. I am disgusted...
