Dispute of Incorrect Outstanding Balance and Missed Payments

Good day, I am writing to formally dispute the outstanding balance and missed payments reflected on my account, as this matter is negatively affecting my credit profile. I was unemployed 2023 and as a result I was unable to make payments during that period. However, I secured employment around October 2023 and immediately resumed payments. Since then, I have been making regular monthly payments of R189 via Nedbank. Despite these consistent payments, my credit report reflects nine (9) missed payments. This was very concerning as I have been paying every month. When I contacted your office, I was informed that I allegedly owe an outstanding balance of R1,711.00. Upon contacting Nedbank, I was advised to submit proof of payment to your office. I subsequently sent my bank statements clearly showing the monthly payments made to On Air. However, the outstanding balance and missed payments have not been corrected to date. I have since stopped the debit order due to this unresolved issue. I kindly request that you urgently review my account, reconcile the payments made correct the outstanding balance and update the relevant credit bureaus accordingly. Please treat this matter as urgent as it continues to have a negative impact on my credit score. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
