Dishonest sales pitch!!!

Colin from Onair Tv called me a few weeks ago, informing me that my current pvr is old and discontinued and will not be serviced any longer, offering me an explorer and a hd decoder, with installation voucher of R1017 plus dish, cabling etc. He also confirmed that I would not have to pay a cent more for anything which included all the equipment and installation - he confirmed with me that there is no extra cost. The installer came out yesterday and quoted me an extra R1000 on top of the R1017 voucher that was given to me, this extra R1000 was for a remote blaster and fine tuning for the setup of the system - this was conveniently left out from the sales pitch. I called On Air and spoke to Michelle explained to her my problem. She said that it will take 3 working days to check the call recordings and come back to me - totally unacceptabel!!! I told the installer to leave my system as is and leave, as I refuse to pay an extra cent for anything! On Air must send their Ram couriers and collect the explorer etc. as I do not want this deal any longer! I will not have any dealings from this type of company! And I will not be paying for any cancellation fees either!!
