Dishonest marketing

In March 2025 an agent representing Onair called me. In our conversation she promised that I will use only Onair debit only. Because I made it clear to her that I'm paying R1049 for DSTV decorder so I want to pay lesser than that amount she promised their decorder will help me. There will be no need for DSTV decorder as such I won't be paying for DSTV decorder. But when I enquired DSTV for onair decorder connectivity I was informed that I will continue paying their monthly prescription. Then I contacted Onair tv cancelling their contract with immediate effect. They promised to follow it up until now no further communication from them but on my payday they debited the prescription regardless of my cancelation. I view this as a theft of my money.
