DISHONEST COMPANY UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

<p>An unauthorised debit order being deducted since January 2017 , after several calls on numerous days I spoke to the call centre who assured me the debit order would be cancelled, asked to follow up with email, no response this was at the end of June 2017 . Also requested a refund and was told the accounts department would call, to date no call and the debit order is still been deducted.</p> <p>*********** COMPANY , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOTALLY DISHONEST</p> <p>PLANNING TO GO TO MEDIA AS NO ONE ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE.</p>
