Dishonest business conduct/****

I have been ****med by this people!!! They claimed to be an affiliate of MultiChoice and to offer services in line with MultiChoice. They offered me a deal for a decoder with showmax and Netflix services included, for R179 per month for 24months; the total of which would be R4300+. What sold it was the services included. I later had to downgrade to compact and that is when I found out that Only MultiChoice can offer those services. MultiChoice denounced any other affiliates that offer those services on their behalf and emphasized that only MultiChoice offers such services. Weirdly though when I called OnAir TV 'customer services', their phones went unanswered and get this... No service rendered...
