Dishonest and ***********

<p>We responded to the ad on DSTV. When they called we asked if we should apply for the product on the DSTV account holder's details and they said it doesn't matter. We were then rejected because it wasn't on the account holder's details. We then called in to rectify the matter and thought we did because we received a messaged saying that the order had been successfully placed with a reference number. 9 days later we called to follow up just to be told that it was not rectified and that we had to place the order through their website. Upon trying to register through the website we found that not even their best package online compared to the deal that we were offered and that the deal we were offered and agreed upon was not available at all on the website. I am surprised that DSTV associates themselves with a company such as this.</p>
