DISGUSTING! Taking money from old people!!!

My mother inlaw of 63 years old got a call from on Air earlier this year with a deal for a explora decoder for dstv for R180 for 3 months, which she accepted as she only get a SASSA pension. She received the explora and upon opening the box there was a paper/invoice with a higher amount for 24 months which she cannot afford!! We sent them an email with no response till this day! She sent them numerous whatsapps and when they eventually called her she told them to come and fetch the decoder. They keep deducting the an amount from her whithout her using the decoder. They eventually came to fetch the decoder after a few months!

After 2 months of OnAir sending a courier to fetch the decoder they deducted another amount from her which she cannot afford to lose as she only get SASSA grant for pensioners!

ON AIR WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO THE INNOCENT OLD PEOPLE!!! Please pay her money back! Contact me and Ill will give her info to get het money back!!
