DISGUSTING SERVICE ON ON AIR

My matter was resolved by a senior person and the decoder was collected from my home. But they STILL debited my banking account again,. They collected R160 on the 25 January 2022, and my status on my credit score is showing that I am owing them R3 500. which is I dont understand
