Disgusting service at OnAir Tv

May someone assist me please, these guys debited my account twice. When I ask them to reverse my money they taking me from pillar to post. I ve' been calling them several times trying to get help, they transfer me for the whole 40 minutes on the call. OnAir TV wants to rob me, I even asked them to retrieve their call recordings when they sold me their products. They are not helpful at all, consultants get irritated when I ask them to fix my account. I need urgent intervention on this one. I logged a call last week, to date I haven't been help yet the turnaround time is 48hrs.
