DISGUSTING! NOT UPDATING THE ITC

I took Decoder and paid in full and they listed me on ITC that I’m owing them, its been 04 months begging this company to remove my name from ITC but I have being told about the technical error, this is affecting my life, cant even buy something on credit, been sending them email and all the do or reply is “WE HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED FOR ITC TO GET UPDATED, AS ADVISED PREVIOUSLY THIS TAKE 21 WORKING DAYS TO UPDATE ON THEIR SIDE” . I’ve experienced bad service from many companies but this one takes the cake. I advise anyone to never buy anything from this ONAIR company if you want peace in your life Plsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
