Disgusted customer

Im rather disgusted by the pathetic service i have recieved from this company. Two decoders were delivered. After the one connected "died" i connected the second one, to b told by dstv south Africa that the serial number on the decoder is registered under another person's name. Now i have been paying for a decoder that is registered under another person, that is *****. For such a big company to be associated with such is rather very disappointing. Now this calls for a legal lawsuit.
