Disgusted by onAir tv services

I am so fed with onAir tv these people are not trustworthy. I have been going up and down trying to cancel this thing but they keep on lying to me saying that they will cancel the subscription but they did not. Early this year i went to their offices and they told me that i must bring the decoder back and they will cancel and remove the credit record. They collected the decoder from me and i thought they had cancelled it but only to find out last week that this is still showing on my credit records and it has a very bad impact on my credit score now. I am so disgusted by this honestly and when you call their contact center they do not give straight answers. I want this record to be removed from my name and this subscription cancelled. I dont know who to go to now honestly.
