Disgusted

Most terrible service ever!!!! On-air have been deducting 3 different amounts from my account every month. I have agreed to R29 and R149. But somehow they managed to add a entertainment bundle for R141. I have not agreed to this and when I tried to find out what's going on a very snotty call center agent by the name of Cameron laughed it off. There are no supervisors available to speak to.
