Disgraceful ONair service

I was sold an upgraded decoder package along with the installation of this.<br> The decoder arrived soon after the sale. However the installation (included in the package) is still outstanding. 3 months later. After numerous calls to the call centre as well as messages for a manager to call back, no feedback has been received. <br> This service is disgusting and the very reason telemarketing should be ********.
