Disgraceful

My father passed away so I contacted On Air about the account, sent them the papers they asked for and got a mail saying they would send the account to be written off. Then a few months later, my mom starts getting threats from them. So I sent them the details again as they requested, and still demands continue, causing my mom a lot of stress
