Disappointing to be ****** by onair multichoices reputation is goin down

Onair is a reap off got a contract with them since 2018-19 ever since have been paying them but every time they will send a message that I owe. The agreement we had on call was that the pvr explora that I’m taking with them is R1500 then after I received and installed it things changed, there’s a lady that called me saying I The whole thing is R3500 I pay 350 every month.All of a sudden my premiums have grown to R685,

My mom also has the same problem with these people she has a debit order with them every month they deduct from her account now for the past two wena they telling her that she is behind with R1600 this is not how one should conduct a business robbing people not on shame. Truly disappointed
