Disappointed

I received a call from a cer***** consultant whom I think misrepresented the offer in order for me to buy in. He said I'll be paying R160 for the installation of explora where I'll be able to fast forward, rewind and record. He mentioned the extra R99 and that is where I stopped him to explain as I could only afford R160 for all those functions and he then said no man just ignore the R99 as you will pay it for an extra view but the package involves all these functions that I mentioned. I agreed to take the offer and after it was installed that's when I realized that I don't have all those functions and I was told about the extra R99 to pay for all those functions which the consultant said it's for extra view. I feel **** to and misrepresented to accept the offer. I feel that the consultant could have been honest with me than lie to me because next time we wont even listen to any of the offers as we are being **** to. The consultant is Sfiso Mtjali.
