Delivered broken hardware and not fixing the issue

<p>2 months ago they sold me the SDPVR exchange deal for 2 Explorer decorders at R99. One of the decoders was faulty and never worked. The installer reported this and I have called several times trying to get assistance. Everytime I call they "forward requests" to the replacements department and nothing is happening. They refuse to give me someone more senior to address the issue and yet I am meeting my obligations with them. I am at that point now I will withhold the installment so they can sort out this nonsense. I had 3 TVs working, now am watching 1. Don't fall for the SDPVR deals, they are ******* coz they don't have replacements if you have problems.</p>
