De*****ing pensioners

Sold a DSTV stream under the impression that it’s a decoder. Quick to deliver but take forever to collect the devices.

My dad is a pensioner and was sold a DSTv stream as though it was a decoder. We have been calling since the 29th to cancel the subscription, paid the cancellation fee but the device is still with us. Now they say that they’ll still debit the account and we must call again for a refund, this is another process that will take forever This is the worst customer experience. De*****ing pensioners!!!
