Unbelievable. I Compliant about a cancelled policy Decoder Insurance Ticket #***. They keep on deducting money from a cancelled policy and trying to convince me that I can not watch Dstv programs if I do not have Decoder Insurance. How stupid do they think I am, just to get commission on the Policy? I requested them to pay back the premiums with interest on mora tore basis according to the NCA. They insist every time to pay it back within 10 days (without interest) but is quick to deduct it *******ly (without my consent) from my bank account. How do I get them to stop the debit order, and to pay me back with interest? Seems they just don't give a damn.
