They offered me a decoder and I accepted and offered me wifi and I declined because I have uncapped wifi and fibre installations on the way. The lady kept on asking if I don't want wifi. They deducted for the wifi. I enquired and they never responded. They called and asked about cancelations and I told them I didn't cancel but the lady entered me into a second contract without my consent and they deducted without my authorisation. This is ********. They law must take it's cause before they rob millions of people. They are even training their staff to be ******
