Debiting my account 😡😡😡

I don't even have the energy to write this. I am irritated 🤮 feeling disrespected u are very PATHETIC👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾. Why would you continue debiting my account when I have cancelled the contract I had with you??? I canceled because you are *****, manipulators and false advertisers! Payed the collection fee for you to come and collect your Media box. It's been a whole two months still you dont come to fetch your equipment the only thing that you dont forget is to debit my card for what??????? I have tried to call you, emailed you, I have exhausted every way I know so that I can remove myself from this but NO. I find you very disrespectful, I want you to stop debiting my account, I have no business with you. Secondly you must refund all the money you have debited from my bank and leave me ALONE.
