Debit Order refund

I would like to log a complaint towards On Air TV who sold me a DSTV decoder which I paid off 2 years ago however they are still debiting my bank account.

I have reached out to them several times and they had advised they were going to cancel the debit order and refund all my premiums however to date they have not done so.

It is quite a struggle to get through to them telephonically and thy line ends up being cut.

They now deduct R105 monthly on the 20th and the latest reference is ***. The debit order takes place on the 20th of each month.
