Debit Order

I have settled my account and low and behold a debit order goes off this morning. I emailed them for a paid up letter and never received it. I contacted the call centre and the lady received my payment. This week i tried to call again but call keeps disconnecting. Please note that i have reversed my debit order. Please also update my credit record.
