Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent. I have called, whatsapped, logged a online request and have now emailed to get a settlement balance and instructions on how to settle my account, and have gotten NO response. Last time I emailed them what I think was more 10 times and only after threatening to stop payment did I get a response.
