The on-air called me and told about their package and the way they explained it me I was happy with the product until I received the package it was totally different from what they sold it to me I called them and they told that I want to cancel it and they play duck and dive until . I continue calling them until they give me their account number to pay 400 for cancelation fee ,which I paid and email proof of payment to them. I took them two weeks to get back to and come and collect their package I'm the one who was calling and send them to collect their package. On top of that they debited my money today and they told that I can't get my refund and when I ask why because I canceled the package and pay 400 for cancelation the one of their employer Avaashne told me that they are in business and running a charity and I'm not going to get my money they debit in my account.

Please people don't take any product from On air product they are ****mers with a very poor service. I want my money Aveesh .Your ****mers
