Credit report incorrectly updated

I just checked my clear score credit report and you have updated that my account is in arrears, how when you debit my account every single month, are you finance people so ******** that they won’t allocate payments that you yourself are debitin. This started in December 2023 now I have April and May 2024 showing arrears. You better go fix your mess because you causing distractions in peoples lives. I honestly hope you will close my account come end of our agreement and not **** me like you been doing to other people. You guys are not even trying to improve your service with the ****pie ratings you getting sies man do better.
