Credit bureau updates and paid up letters

I've had my account with on air tv since 2024 finished now by December. So now am calling since 3 weeks back no response no nothing I have have missed payments on my credit profile cause of them.we agreed on the 30 th of each month only for them to debit sooner on the 23rd 24th when I dont have money that's how the missed payments came about.now am asking them to write a goodwill ,paid up letter and update with the credit bureaus they do nothing even now ive just downloaded my report nothing they did nothing very bad company this one
