Contravention of contractual agreement and Soliciting Money from an unauthorized Debit order

Good day I previously listed a hello peter complaint against On Air TV. Requesting an account closure letter an no further debit orders to be going off my account as I don't owe them anything and to reimburse a R99 to my account for a rescue box, of which I did not agreed to

I engaged with a Jamie and Padmani,who assured me no further debits will be going off and the closure letter was send.

On Air TV has just debited my account again, which is already paid up. This is a company not adhering to their own contractual agreement and treating customers unfairly.

Reimburse the Unauthorized debit you have taken for this month and the R99. You are committing ***** on a clients account which is already paid up.
