Contract taken up in my name by ONAIR TV without my consent

I am in the process of buying a house ,I was shocked when I learned from my bank that an a contract was opened in my name without my consent. The account has subsequently went into arrears and this is now jeopardizing my homeloan application. I have been calling daily to the customer care line with no success. They listened to the recording for when the contract was taken up and confirmed that it was not me that opened the account but they still refuse to cancel the contract.I am disgusted by the lack of service and ask myself if our information is safe at DSTV.

Can someone who knows what they are doing call me and assist to cancel this contract that was opened in my name. Tebogo
