Contract taken out in my name without consent

Contract was opened in my name without my consent ,it is now over a week ,of endless calls and empty promises .To date the huge error made by Onair Tv has still not rectified. I was told to send supporting documents which I did however the lack of professionalism is disgusting. My calls are being ignored by Zinhle who is said to be handling the matter.How does this work ?ONAIR messes up ,fails to do proper checks and then subsequently openes an account under my name without my consent and I who is the victim in all of this **** has to run around like a crazy person in order to get the matter resolves?

Can someone who cares about what is wrong and write call me with a resolution.
