Continuous Unauthorised Debit Orders to someone who is no longer a client

This entity has what it calls a service fee which it deducts from my account every month on my Standard Bank Cheque Account. This is despite the fact I have no TV service account On Air the account was closed 3 years ago.

This is an unauthorized debit order. I am certain that I am not the only person they do this too,
