Continued debit order deductions

<p>I am being debited R119-00 as well as R139-00 per month on my On Air account. I already stopped the R139-00 deduction more than a month ago as it was an on air tv guide magazine or something like that. Still I am being debited with R139-00, and this after I was assured the debit has been stopped and would not reflect again. This is unacceptable and I really do not know if I can trust On Air again with this problem I continue to have. Is there any watch dog or entity where I can report such behavior?</p>
