I was called multiple times by this company who gave tbe impression that they were part of DSTV, offering me TWO Exploras for R139. The lady eas so insistent even though I told her thst I was on my way to be admitted to hospital. She phoned while I was on the road and again soon after being admitted. When i made sure that the price quoted was for the both Exploras, she agreed and insisted that it was a great offer! I then gave her my bank details and they submitted the debit order with my bank for R139. The following month they withdrew R139 and a few days later again withdrew R139. I reversed the second amount and when I eventually got hold of them I was told that the amount quoted was for EACH Explora. Each month thereafter they submit TWO debit withdrawals wuth two different acc numbers. I had told them I would only pay the one amount and now they are sending me messages that i am in arrears! I tried on several occasions to get hold of them but it was in vain.I want the recorded transcript of our conversation but have yet to get them to answer the phone.
