complaints

I received a call from On Air and the lady spoke so fast that she could hardly catch her breath. They sent me the decoder which I was told was R425 pm but they have deducted three times that off my bank account and you cannot reverse or cancel a Debicheck debit order only the supplier can. They do not respond to emails, whatsapp, phone calls, nothing. I am a pensioner and cannot afford this and need to return this decoder and have the debit orders reversed. MultiChoice say that I must bring in my old decoder and they will upgrade me free of charge so what is this **** all about. They need to be stopped before other innocent people get conned.
