Complaint on On Air tv

Hi, my cousin N Mdlalose took a contract with On Air TV on Friday 12.06.2020 for Explora 3 decoder, they withhold some of the information on the contract that she was supposed to know before subscription, on 15.06.2020 she got the package & she called them back to cancel their contract as they **** to her they told her that they will charge her R350 for delivery which does not make any sense since the package is still intact and I don't feel this is the right way of them doing business with lying to customers and claiming that they are working with Dstv while they charge ridiculous prices, and because if everything was said upfront I wouldn't have taken it with them.
